Dear Friends
Our first 8th Karmapa retreat in our newly renovated Gompa with about 40 friends was a great joy and blessing. Guided by Jan Noutsos and Klaus Kaltenbrunner. 4 sessions of meditation and explanations in the new Gompa and beautiful places outside helped us to approach our Goal: Enlightenment. Meeting Lama Ole on Zoom. Jürgen from Cologne kept our bodies going with his excellent food.
