Dearest friends !
As every year in October, we met again for the 8th Karmapa Course in Karma Berchen Ling RC.
35 friends accepted our invitation and Anna Briscoe guided us through the week with meditations and explanations. We were all very inspired by her and meditated every day in 4 sessions.
Lama Ole gave his blessing to our meditation course.
Jürgen Beicht from Cologne cooked for us very well, even under difficult conditions, in a tent as an improvised kitchen, as our permanent kitchen is being rebuilt.
The building work ran parallel to the course, with two teams from Poland building the walls and roof at an incredible pace. This will keep the building dry and protected over the winter.
We hope to be able to use it when our programme starts again in April, this time for the first time with the 8th Karmapa course, organised by our Czech friends. We will let you know the details in time.
